Certainly we are blessed to have low crime rates, great schools, exciting job opportunities, and a very moderate cost of living, but these are only the results of Why Cheyenne! The reason Cheyenne is such a unique community is because of the people.
Why Cheyenne, Wyoming, for me? I spent most of my life in Grants Pass, Oregon, where I mastered woodworking and the furniture business. When it was time for a change, I started a new career in the oil business traveling to Alaska, New Orleans, Wyoming, Colorado, and foreign countries. Wanting to travel less, we opened a large furniture store in North Carolina. It was satisfying and successful, but when it was time to be closer to family and select a place to settle in, Cheyenne seemed like home. Until Vicki and I started our Real Estate business in Cheyenne, I did not understand how completely satisfying it is to love what you do. My thanks is being able to impact and improve your business and life.

After spending several years in the military to include Special Forces, working hard, holding management positions, and owning retail businesses, it was time to settle down, and Cheyenne felt like home to us. Until Rob and I started our Real Estate business in Cheyenne, I did not understand how completely satisfying it is to love what you do. My thanks is being able to impact and improve your business and life.

Originally From Palo Alto CA, I moved to Cheyenne with my family in 1974. I attended Cheyenne Schools and graduated from Central High in 1984. After working for the Dept of Transportation for 12 years I made the change and began working in real estate.
Staring my career, I worked as a mortgage broker from 1998 to 2005. In 1999, I earned my Real Estate license and became an Associate Broker in 2002. Currently I am an Associate Broker/owner with The Property Exchange.
As a REALTOR®( I have served in many capacities with the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS®, the Wyoming Association of REALTORS(r) (W.A.R.) and with the National Association of REALTORS® (N.A.R.). I was named Cheyenne's REALTOR® of the YEAR for 2005.
I have been active in our Political Action Committee since 2000, a C2BR Leadership graduate in 2002, President of the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® in 2007. In 2008 I served as the State R.P.A.C. fundraiser chair for W.A.R. and a Director for N.A.R. for 2007-2008. Currently, I hold the position of Vice-President/Treasurer for W.A.R.
I enjoy cycling, cross-country skiing, home improvements and woodworking. "I have hobbies. Real Estate is my profession." My favorite hobby would be giving back to the community. I volunteer my time delivering for 'Meals on Wheels', am a regular donor with Unite Blood Services, I am a youth mentor with 'Special Friends' and serve as President for the Special Friends Board of Directors in 2009. I have been a team leader for Habitat for Humanity where I have built homes in the Gulf region after the 2005 Hurricane season and I am also active with fundraisers for MDA and MS society.
