HOW MUCH IS MY HOUSE WORTH?

This morning I was searching on a national site and one of their feature homes for sale in Cheyenne was actually a home that sold in 2007.  But, it still shows on this national web-site as being available to purchase. This same site also displays what they claim to be the sales prices of  homes in Cheyenne. Their information is not correct because Wyoming is a non-disclosure state and by state statute the sales price of a home cannot be openly disclosed. The only way to obtain this information is by buying an appraisal or by contacting a local REALTOR® to perform a comparable market analysis for your home.

Buyers, this is just as important for you. Once you find a home to suit your needs, a REALTOR® can provide recent sales prices of like homes and market trends so that you will have the knowledge to make your best offer.
