“Every student counts” is a mantra in the Cheyenne school district. The teachers I have worked with make sure of it. I volunteer in my child’s elementary school at least once a week and it is a pleasure to see the interaction, respect for one another and the willingness to learn on both ends of the spectrum. We, as parents, are asked to bring in supplies the first day of school which helps with the teacher’s budgets. I think you would be pleased with our school districts and their policies.
